Refund Policy

Overview

This refund policy governs the terms and conditions under which Khanssourcing Ltd may provide refunds to property investors for property deal sourcing services.

Refund Policy - When is it permissible?

To be eligible for a refund, you will have to meet the following circumstance:

Clients may be entitled to partial refund in the following circumstances:

  1. Property Misrepresentation. This means if the Khanssourcing provides materially inaccurate information about a property that affects the investment viability. This is to a degree as we expect you to run though the deal to double check to ensure you agree with the due diligence carried out in the dela pack.

  2. Breach of Service Agreement - If Khanssourcing fails to deliver services as specified in the signed agreement

  3. Deal Cancellation by Vendor: If a property deal falls through due to vendor withdrawal within 14 days of initial agreement

  • Property sourcing fees: Refundable under specific conditions outlined below

  • Due diligence reports: Non-refundable once delivered

  • Market analysis: Non-refundable once provided

  • Full Refund (100%): Available within 14 days of initial service agreement, provided no work has commenced

Partial Refund/No Refund

Paying a commitment fee; you will receive a 75% refund if you choose to pull out of the agreement or choosing not to allow an extended time to find a deal.​ A commitment fee is a holding deposit. Not the full amount of sourcing fee!

No refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:

  1. Client Change of Mind: General change of investment strategy or personal circumstances

  2. Market Conditions: Changes in property market conditions or interest rates

  3. Third-Party Issues: Problems arising from mortgage lenders, solicitors, or other third parties

  4. Completed Services: Any services that have been fully delivered as agreed

  5. Client Non-Compliance: If client fails to meet agreed deadlines or requirements

  • Partial Refund (75%): Available if deal falls through due to Company error within first 30 days

  • Partial Refund (50%): Available if significant property misrepresentation is proven

  • No Refund (0%): After deal completion or exchange of contracts

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the 14 days of the qualifying event

  • Company will respond to refund requests within 5 business days

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days

  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method

To request a refund, clients must provide:

  1. Written refund request detailing the reason and circumstances

  2. Original service agreement and payment receipts

  3. Supporting documentation (surveys, legal reports, etc.)

  4. Proof of loss or damage where applicable

Refund Review Process

  1. Initial review by Customer Service team (2 business days)

  2. Investigation by senior management if required (3-5 business days)

  3. Final decision communicated in writing

  4. Appeal process available for disputed decisions

Dispute Resolutions

  • Clients may request a review of refund decisions by senior management

  • Mediation services available through agreed third-party providers

  • All disputes should be raised within 60 days of the original transaction

​

Exceptions on special circumstances

No refunds will be provided for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic restrictions. However, reviewing the special circumstance, we may offer a refund subject to review.

Policy Updates

Khanssourcing Ltd reserves the right to update this refund policy with 30 days' written notice to existing clients. Updated policies will apply to new agreements signed after the effective date.

By engaging Khanssourcing Ltd's services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this refund policy. This policy forms part of the overall service agreement and should be read in conjunction with the main terms and conditions.
